About housing/ court rulings?

Yes, the council has a statutory obligation to house certain categories of people..obviously the judge thought that you fall into one of these categories and the council disagrees...probably because they have so few properties and only those with the most severe needs are being considered...get in touch with Shelter and explain your situation with them...they may be able to bend the council's ears on this one..good luck
