Prices for a cheap semi auto AK-47?

Im 18 and moving out of the house so i dont want to use a large amount of my savings on a gun as much as id like an ar-15 there too far out of my price range, ive been told AK-47s are both cheap and reliable so this sounds like the gun for me, ive seen AKs for $120 and im going to a gun show this weekend im looking for a cheap used one around the $50-$80 range does a gun that cheap exist? ive already got a 40 year old stevens 77f 12g shotgun i bought for $35 at another gun show and i perfer it over my dads $700 benelli.
