How to ask a guy what your relationship status is?

Alright, so hes shy and nervous, but he sends you sweet texts AND played the piano for you. Sounds like hes interested in you. If he wasn't he wouldn't have went out of his way to do those things. And don't worry about him texting other girls the same things hes texted you; he hasn't had a girlfriend so I don't see him just texting awesome sweet things to every girl.
