What is a good beginner airsoft gun?

Anything less than $200 the most i would probably go up to is $250. I'm a paintball player but since there is a very small amount of us who play and the fact that there aren't enough brave people to play paintball i'm going to see if airsoft can fill the "void". Something along the lines of an M16, M4, G36 or any assault riffle would be great. I really do not like AKs i just don't like the way they look so don't recomend me those. Also if there are any tips on anything let me know. I want to try to keep close to MILSIM or Military Simulation. No ARMY! My dad is a former Marine so I was pretty much raised as an "Army sucks" person. If you recommend any attatchments that would be great, likewise with any mod kits or upgrade kits.
