CIA GP1975 or Arsenal SGL 21?

Okay so I can not decide which akm to get next. I just recently got a M60 milled polish and I am hooked on aks now. I want something stamped so I can tacticool it out. Voltor lop adjustable butt stock, kreebs peep sight, ultimack gas tube rail, burris fast fire, xs tritium sight, houge grip, arsenal od green fore grip, and magpul ctr od green butt stock. But I can not decide which rifle to put it on. An arsenal sgl21 or a CIA gp1975. I am not concerend about fit and finish. Just funtion and practical accuracy. 2-4 moa at 100 yards is good enough for me, its gonna be a wrol defensive rifle. The big difference between the two is the arsenal has a chrome lined barrel and the gp1975 does not. I dont know if that is a big deal in a wrol rifle. The m60 doesnt but its milled so its main use is safe queen. I live in northwest indana and there are no rifle ranges i know of so at most the rifle will be shot enough to sight it in and to take to some defensive carbine classes. But other then that its gonna sit in the safe waiting for a day I hope never happens. I mostly shoot rimfire anyways and theres no were to shoot rifle rounds in nw indiana. So whats the verdic is the arsenal worth the other 400 bucks just for a chrome lined barrel and the hype that ouuu ahhh its an arsenal.
