Getting evicted,need a advice?

I havnt paid my rent for two months including july, I live with my daughter I am a single mother. And I recently got a part time that Pays more than minimum. Now, my problem is the company knows all this but obviously dont want to work with me and told me they r filing a eviction notice and are taking me to court. MY question is how many daYs do u think ill go to court? And I heard I can contest it when I go to court and ill get up to six months free with a fee of $60,any advice? Or is this true?
