Serious issues with tenant/no lease?

My neighbors believe that my tenant is involve in criminal activities like smoking pot and drugs etc, I had a theft at my home 2 months ago in which my tenant's friend was involved, it happened in other tenants room, so i sent him 30 day eviction notice and as he was not paying me for month and a half 5 day pay or quit notice all done through sherriff's office. The most serious thing happened tonight when I saw one of his friend tresspassing to other part of home, where he must not be. I call police they came and give me a report number. I have my court date for pay or quit notice in the middle of this month, any suggestions that I could now make this process faster. Plz I need some legal advise.
