Help 10 points roomates are driving me nuts?

I live with my boyfriend and baby but we are renting a room with my byfriends sister at the momment to save money.so its me my bf my baby and his sis her husband and their three kids 1,5,and 10. So they all leave in the morning my bf leaves at 12pm-9pm, his sis 12pm-8pm, his bro I'm law 8am-5pm, 10 year old 7am-2pm, 5 year old 8am-12pm (all this only weekdays). So the day starts my bf leaves to work I sleep in (I'm up till 3am) then his sis opends the door to the room "WITH NO KNOCK" and says the kids are in the living room (notice she never ask to watch them) I get a little mad bcs what if I have plands for today, but I just say ok. Then she leaves I go cheack on them and the house is a mess I can't stand living with a mess so I clean up (everyday). If I don't clean it piles up! I clean the dishes (even the ones that were washed bcs they ar still dirty) empty the food in the garbage disposal( witch dose not work so I don't understand why thay keep throwing food in there, and always is pluged up) put all the food away (everything is out literly) clean the counters, mop, clean the window and tables(she doent clean then right they are alwys greasy). Sweep,pick up clothes (in the living room) all the random things tron around,clean the bathroom counters witch are always ful of water toothpast andgarbage, then any thing extra. (When they get home they never say thank you) then to the kids the 1 year old always gets what he wants so when I have him its always please thank yous and crying does not work with me I play with him and my dougher to have him entertaned for a while then the 5 year old starts making a mess fighting with the 1 year old not behaving so I give him time outs. My rules ar clean up your mess and don't mbe mean to anyone. His mom doent do any of the disiplen I do so its hard to keep up the rules. ( I know they arnt my kids but when they are on my time and the mom doesn't aks me to babysist I do what I want with them) I try to play with them bcs. I know.
