How to write the credits of a cut out animation?

my friend told me to start working on a cut out animation with him. I helped him a little bit about the story , the materials to use and I shoot it for him and did the after effect job. he cut the papers and moved the objects and did the directing. How should we write our nams at the end? is it unfair to aks him to just write Created by him and I ? or should we credit for each job done?
