Would you dump him or give him another chance?

Thats a hard one. I would find out if his phone was really disconnected. If it was then I would wait for him if it wasnt then Id move on because he was obviously playing games. But if i was feeling like this all wound up inside over him then I would probably move on anyways because it would get on my nerves and I would want something peaceful.
