My landlord sold the house. the lease is up july 15. if i dont move out then, what can she do?

the lease is up July 15. If we cannot find a place to move especially bec we cannot afford to..what recourse does the landlord have against us. (eviction, sueing us for the dep she lost from poss. loss of the sale of the home) We are in NY
