Need legal help with renters in AZ.?

My renters in AZ signed a lease for a family of four. One of the parents moved out. The other parent allowed 4 other people to move in. And a dog. Are they in vioation of the lease? Is this means for eviction? Can anyone recommed somewhere online to get more help? Do I need a lawyer?
