We have a tenant that has not paid 1 month's rent, partial rent of another month and there is damage to the property. I hired a lawyer who is supposed to be the best eviction lawyer in town. So far I have had my case dismissed twice now. Once for not having filed the correct paper work, and most recently after having filed the correct paperwork for the partial rent, the tenant said she attempted to pay the amount but it was refused by me (not true). This is the state of Kansas. Any suggestions?
