What sentence is given after eviction?

he is having eviction after not paying rent 12 months , now monday june 27 he is having court date for eviction but he is not in usa leaving country because somebody died in his family. He made a motion saying the reason why he is not in the country but the judge denied it. What can happen monday in court ? What sentence can be given ?
