Should doctors ask before they unbutton your jeans?

My doctor was feling my stomach becaus I had pain their. Then he just grabbed the button and opend it and unziped my jeans in like 2 seconds. He didnt aks me if he could do this and he didnt say anyfing when he did it. Should he have askd or is this ok? I am 17
